The Selling Process

The process by which a sales person identifies and locates the prospects, separates the prospects from the suspects, approaches them and makes a sales presentation, handles their objection and close a sale.
Various stages in sales process are:
- Pre-sale Preparation
- Prospecting
- Approach to customers : Initial contact
- Sales presentation
- Handling customer objections
- Closing the sale
- Follow-up action
