Write a better proposal.....

Getting a prospect, who seems interested in your service is a hard-hitting task. Can you afford loosing them?
A well written proposal makes your prospect feel that they got a right partner and leaves such an impression that in case they are not availing your services, they will spread a positive word about your services.
The proposal should be complete in itself. A typical proposal will describe following heads:
- Company profile: Introduction and Background, Services & Products offered, Technology Expertise, Turnover, Employee Strength, Primary contacts, etc
- Company Capability Statement: Relevant experience summary for the kind of service offered
- Scope of Work: your understanding of requirement
- Technical Solution
- Project Management/ Plan
- Quality Plan
- Test Planing and Approach
- Risk Management, issue and change control
- Proposed Project Team Personnel
- Training Plan
- Project Time Estimates
- Financial Estimates or proposal / quote
- Warranty, Support and Maintenance
- Client Reference
- Appendix

For sales team it is always better to prepare proposal templates in advance based on their target customers so that whenever required CUSTOMIZE IT...

Need help in building your business

How does it sounds? In my career i have experienced lot of small companies(<100 employees) struggling for setting up a proper sales channel and marketing activities. They have few hands to look for sales. When it comes to look for a 360 degree marketing, promotion and sales of the company, these guys were unable to jump in all roles.
For a service company it is better to hire freelancers, who assists there organization with their core expertise. This will improve ROI and time to reach market.
Look forward to know how we may help you?
post your details. I will get in touch with you.
Thanks, Manish
