How does it sounds? In my career i have experienced lot of small companies(<100 employees) struggling for setting up a proper sales channel and marketing activities. They have few hands to look for sales. When it comes to look for a 360 degree marketing, promotion and sales of the company, these guys were unable to jump in all roles.
For a service company it is better to hire freelancers, who assists there organization with their core expertise. This will improve ROI and time to reach market.
